Fynn’s Top Dog Of The Month: Anshul Dwivedi — Senior Staff Engineer

Meet one of the leaders responsible for building that technology—Senior Staff Engineer, Anshul Dwivedi. Anshul oversees one of the software development teams that creates, maintains, and supports the key features of the Fynn platform. In addition to contributing code to the platform on a daily basis, Anshul is a key contributor to the architecture and design committee that decides how new requirements will be built into the platform and how to keep the platform performant as we add new customers. Anshul also invests in his team, ensuring that they are getting the mentorship that they need to continue to learn and develop.

“Anshul is the quintessential team player. He’s always willing to go WAY above-and-beyond what is expected to make sure that the Fynn platform is the best that it can be,” said Vice President of Engineering Kristofer Pelchat. “His energy and passion are infectious and he makes those around him better.”

Anshul and his team empower senior communities’ team members with technology—making their jobs easier and more efficient so they can spend their time where it matters most—caring for their residents. Anshul is a dynamic professional having spent the last eight years working in Software Development for Nonprofits, Automotive Tech, and Financial institutions. Anshul has been awarded The Brightest Mind in Nagarro Excellence Award for the years 2019, 2020, and 2021.
