(Atlanta, Georgia – December 13, 2022) — Fynn, an innovative senior living management platform, has joined forces with a preeminent senior living developer, owner, and operator, Galerie Living, and in-home care provider, Honeybee Homecare, to improve operational efficiencies, care quality, and resident outcomes. After launching Fynn earlier this year in four Galerie communities, the senior living company is already seeing positive results in achieving care and sales goals, including reaching 75% occupancy within 12 months of opening Galerie’s newest community, Corso Atlanta, with a total of 203 units. In addition to reaching sales goals, Galerie communities have used Fynn to recognize and better care for “residents at risk” by working with residents’ physicians to adjust medication and care plans.
“With Fynn, we have improved the resident care experience and helped to flag potential adverse events early so that our team has been able to anticipate and act on reliable rather than anecdotal data. While it’s still early, our care teams have already been able to use Fynn’s behavioral trend analysis to recognize early indicators of changing levels of care and identify which staff members work best with certain residents,” said Tim Gary, CEO of Galerie Living.
Building upon the platform’s successful entry into the senior living market in the Fall, Fynn has since expanded to serving the senior home care industry. With the current assisted living and memory care market serving a growing 1.2 million seniors and the larger senior home health care market experiencing a 50.5% revenue increase from 2013 to 2020 according to a US Census report, Fynn is gearing up to support the swelling needs of seniors and those who care for them.

The two will work together to broaden Fynn’s functionality to include the specific needs of the senior home care industry.
