Combining 20+ years of experience and innovation to drive senior living forward.
Recognizing a growing need for innovation in an outdated industry, Tim Gary began his first senior living project in 1996. Although the industry presented complex challenges, it also provided the unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and their loved ones. For 20+ years, Tim continued to own, develop, and manage senior living communities that fostered the dignity, comfort, and happiness of residents. Today, Tim and the Fynn team continue to elevate the senior living experience through vision, leadership, care, service, and technology.

With more than 20 years of experience directing technology development and operations, Rob Lewis leads the Fynn team in creating innovative solutions. Through his guidance, Fynn delivers tools to promote transparency and engagement between residents, families, and staff. Prior to Fynn, Rob held various leadership roles in technology firms serving the logistics, human resources, manufacturing, and healthcare markets.

John is the Chief Technology Officer of Galerie Technology where he focuses on the technology and data that powers the Fynn platform. He is passionate about leveraging data and technology to have a positive impact on people’s lives. John started his career as a data scientist and brings over 15 years of experience in mobile analytics, customer journey optimization, social media, online advertising, and healthcare analytics. Prior to joining Galerie Technology, he was the Chief Data Officer of Benefitfocus, a publicly-traded company, and Executive Vice President of Data Science at Red Ventures. He is currently the President of the Analytics & Big Data Society and was recognized as one of Charlotte’s 40 under 40 in 2019. John holds a master's degree and a Ph.D. in computer science from Dartmouth College and a bachelor's degree in mathematics and computer science from Gettysburg College.
